Linguistic training
Every translator, language teacher and interpreter at Cruz Communications is a native speaker of their respective target language. To pass our rigorous selection process, he/she must have a linguistic degree, many years of professional experience and be fluent in both languages.
Specialisation
It is important to use translators with specialist knowledge, especially in translation projects. Linguistic training alone does not guarantee correct translations. Specialisation in a few areas is crucial and constant work in these areas is an absolute must for a qualified translator.
Standardised workflow
